Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

Services must be renewed before the plan expiry date.
Failure to renew may result in:

6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Use the services responsibly and legally.
- Protect account credentials and Wi-Fi passwords.
- Maintain equipment provided by OTPL Broadband.
- Report service issues promptly.
Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of services.
7. IPTV & OTT Services
IPTV and OTT services are subject to:
- Availability of content providers.
- Licensing agreements.
- Third-party platform terms and conditions.
OTPL Broadband is not responsible for content availability, modifications, or discontinuation by third-party providers.
8. Equipment & Installation
Equipment such as routers, cables, and related devices may be:
- Provided on rental basis.
- Sold to the customer.
- Included with specific plans.
Customers are responsible for safeguarding provided equipment and returning rental equipment upon service termination if applicable.
9. Service Availability
OTPL Broadband strives to provide uninterrupted services but does not guarantee continuous availability.
Service interruptions may occur due to:
- Scheduled maintenance.
- Technical failures.
- Natural disasters.
- Government directives.
- Factors beyond our reasonable control.
10. Suspension & Termination
OTPL Broadband reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:
- Payment obligations are not fulfilled.
- Terms & Conditions are violated.
- Fraudulent or illegal activities are detected.
- Customer information is found to be inaccurate.
Termination does not relieve customers of outstanding payment obligations.

Customer information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is used only for service delivery, customer support, billing, and regulatory compliance.
